Thanks for the time, Marco. This is everything we talked about, costed. Three Controllers teams carrying Rowley's for the season, a Rowley's corporate team in the same league, and a content programme built around a piece of geography nobody has used yet — every game and every practice this season is in Al Quoz, minutes from Little Fox.
Only the AED 15,000 is sponsorship. The AED 6,600 is Ball Above All's own entry fee plus kit at print cost — we take nothing on either, and you can pay the league directly if you prefer. Hospitality is separate and in kind; it is set out near the end.
Where we got to
Nothing was locked in the room, which is right — but three things came out of it that are worth writing down, because they are what this proposal is built on.
The reach you are buying into
Instagram Insights, @controllers.dxb, 2–31 August 2026. Reels 96K · Posts 20K · Stories 15K · 3,965 interactions.
Our follower count is small and we will not pretend otherwise. The number that matters is the third one: three quarters of everyone who saw us last month does not follow us. The content travels on its own, into feeds of people who have never heard of the club. 23,510 individual people in thirty days, overwhelmingly in Dubai, overwhelmingly the age and income that decides where to eat on a weeknight.
That is exactly the profile a newer brand needs, which is why we would point the bulk of it at Little Fox rather than at DIFC.
The season, as a week
Ball Above All have confirmed the fixture pattern for Season 3. All three Controllers teams play evenings at AllSports, Al Quoz — the league's new venue.
| Day | Team | Time | Venue |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tuesday | Mens Elite | Evening | AllSports, Al Quoz |
| Wednesday | Division 3 | Evening | AllSports, Al Quoz |
| Thursday | Mens Semi Elite | Evening | AllSports, Al Quoz |
| Saturday | Rowley's corporate team | 2–4pm | Ball Above All corporate |
Two things fall out of that grid, and they are the two best arguments in this document.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are the nights a restaurant would most like to fill. They are also, from September, the nights we are on a court in Al Quoz, finishing around nine, with a squad that has not eaten. Not four occasions a season — three a week, in your neighbourhood, for the whole season.
Tuesday to Thursday evenings are service. You cannot field a hospitality team on a weeknight and you should not try. A 2 to 4pm Saturday fixture is the rare slot a restaurant crew can genuinely make — which is why the corporate category works for Rowley's specifically where it would not work for most sponsors. And a team walking off court at four on a Saturday is a late lunch, not a favour.
The flagship idea
This is the part we would not have been able to say last season. Games are at AllSports, Al Quoz. Practice is likely to be at Basketball Hub, Al Quoz Industrial 3. Little Fox is at Alserkal Avenue, Al Quoz Industrial 1, open until midnight. Three points, one district, minutes apart.
Al Quoz, four nights a week
Which means the series works after a game as easily as after a session, and there is no week of the season where the opportunity is not there. The format: a recurring series with a fixed visual language, so it becomes recognisable rather than a one‑off. Team walks off the court, walks in, eats. Steak and frites cones, sweat still on. Shot vertical, cut for reels and stills, delivered for both the Controllers account and Little Fox's own channels.
Why it is worth more than a logo: it puts a young, hungry, Al Quoz‑adjacent audience in front of a food truck they may not know exists yet, with a reason to go that is not an advert. Alserkal traffic is already the right crowd. We are just giving it a habit.
Six sessions minimum across the season, rotating across the three teams, after a game or after a session, dates agreed in advance so your team can staff and shoot alongside us if you want to.
The content programme
All of this is included in the AED 15,000. There is no separate production fee, because we are shooting the season anyway.
One reel and one carousel per team, per matchday week, with Rowley's named in the copy and tagged. Games Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday means content lands Wednesday through Friday — three drops a week, into the run‑up to your weekend. On current form that is roughly 25,000 to 40,000 views a week.
The Al Quoz series above. Recurring format, both brands' channels, delivered as raw and cut so Little Fox can use it however it likes.
Sit‑downs and meet‑the‑team pieces shot in the room. The premium end of the partnership, released as the season builds toward playoffs.
Launch, first game, staff features, results. This one doubles as internal comms — it is as useful to your people team as it is to marketing.
Each of the team dinners and the full club event shot and posted. Four occasions, four sets of assets.
Across a season of roughly fourteen matchday weeks, that is over 100 pieces of content naming Rowley's or Little Fox. Every one of them yours to repost without restriction, and a one‑page reach report from us every month so you can see what it actually did.
The addition you asked for
Ball Above All runs a corporate category. At AED 4,800 it is the cheapest entry they sell, with four guaranteed games — and more if the category fills.
| Corporate | AED 4,800 | 4 guaranteed games |
|---|---|---|
| Division 3 · Division 4 · Mixed | AED 6,600 | Full season |
| Men Semi Elite · Masters 35+ · Women Elite | AED 7,200 | Full season |
| Men Elite | AED 8,400 | Full season |
Straight with you on the risk. The corporate category currently has three teams entered, and Ball Above All have said the AED 4,800 and the four‑game guarantee are subject to change depending on final entries. Rowley's coming in makes four.
If the category does not fill, we will help recruit it — we have contacts across DIFC and Dubai basketball and it costs us nothing to make the calls. And if Ball Above All change the terms materially before it starts, you get your entry back and the rest of the partnership stands unchanged.
The package
What is included
Not charged for, anywhere in this proposal: content production, team management, coaching, kit design, or reporting. There is no production fee and no agency margin.
What it costs
| Component | AED | Paid to |
|---|---|---|
| Club partnership — everything listed above, full season | 15,000 | Controllers |
| Corporate team — Ball Above All entry, 4 guaranteed games | 4,800 | The league, direct if you prefer |
| Corporate team kit — 12 two‑colour uniforms at print cost | 1,800 | The printer, at cost |
| Total outlay | 21,600 |
Only AED 15,000 of this is sponsorship. The other 6,600 is Ball Above All's own entry fee and the printer's cost — we take nothing on either, and you are welcome to pay both directly.
Payable in two instalments if that helps — half before tip‑off, half after round three. That is the structure the league offered us and we are happy to mirror it.
If the number is the problem, say so rather than walking. The club partnership at AED 15,000 stands on its own without the corporate team. We would rather have you in at the right level than not at all.
Hospitality
Separate from the money above, and priced in your currency rather than ours. We could promise to eat with you every week; you would not believe it and you would be right. Here is what we will actually turn up for.
| Occasion | Times | Covers |
|---|---|---|
| Post‑practice at Little Fox, Alserkal | 6 | ~80 |
| Team dinner at Rowley's DIFC, one per squad | 3 | ~40 |
| Full club event, pre, mid or post season | 1 | ~40 |
| Across the season | 10 | ~160 |
At the AED 80 power lunch price the DIFC half is around AED 6,400 at menu, and the Little Fox half sits well below that — call the whole thing roughly AED 10,000 at menu across the season. What it costs your kitchens is your number, and it is a fraction of that.
All ten dates agreed in advance, all ten shot. The natural slots are already in the calendar: after a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday game at AllSports for the Little Fox sessions, and a Saturday afternoon after corporate for anything longer.
Alongside them sits a Rowley's code in around forty phones for the rest of the year — forty people who are in Al Quoz three nights a week from September.
Where the money goes
This matters to us, so we will say it plainly. Every dirham of the AED 15,000 comes off what our players pay to enter. None of it is club profit.
League entry for our three teams is AED 22,200. With kit that lands at roughly AED 650 to 850 per player for the season, and that number is the single reason good players in this city sit out. A partner at 15,000 takes it under AED 400 a player.
We mention it because it explains why we will work hard for whoever puts their name on the chest, and why we are not trying to build a margin into the corporate team or the kit.
